This protein comes in two forms: A1 and A2, each of which includes a different amino acid in its structure. The Foreign cows like HF, Jersy, Iyershyeretc. produce milk that contains both A1-90%and A2 -10%casein. Our Indigenous breed cows, that only produce A2 casein protein have hit the mainstream.
